0331 Tactical is committed to manufacturing the highest quality tactical goods and gear in the industry and we stand behind our products 100%. While our gear is built with the highest quality tactical nylons and cordura, we still back them with a one year warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects.
This warranty only applies when the tactical products are used for their intended purposes and does not cover alterations, every day wear and tear or improper use, thereof. 0331 Tactical reserves the right to make a determination on a case-by-case scenario for replacement under the warranty.
//Returns or Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange for up to 30 days after your order delivery. It is important to note, the returned products MUST BE in new condition, with the hang tag still in place and free of signs from wear. Products must also be shipped back in their original packaging.
It is also important to not that all returned products are subject to a restocking fee. If you are simply exchanging a product, the restocking fee will be waived.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Contact customerservice@0331tacticalgear.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
- Provide your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
- A customer service representative will contact you within 2 business days to set up the return or exchange and provide you with a return shipping label.
- Ship the product(s) back in the original packaging with the prepaid shipping label affixed.
- Allow for 3-5 days for package transit back to the 0331 distribution facility.
- Allow 1-2 business days for our customer service team to process the return or exchange.
